creative direction

InVinus is a Sydney-based importer of natural and organic Italian wines, with a curated selection of producers committed to minimal intervention, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for terroir.

The challenge was to translate that philosophy visually - capturing not only the product, but the emotion and tradition behind it.

The photographic direction was designed to evoke the warmth and palette of Italy - using golden tones, soft textures, and natural light to transport the viewer to a memory of a summer afternoon in the Italian countryside. All imagery was photographed in-house, with a focus on authenticity and sensory richness.

The wine catalogue was treated as a storytelling object in itself - featuring sewn binding, tactile paper stocks, and detailed winery notes. Every design decision, from typography to layout, was intended to reflect the craftsmanship and honesty of the wines and the integrity of the winemakers.
